No Booking Amount For Mumbai. Mode: New Liquid. Trust: Normal trust 80g &12AA. Preferred Bank: ICICI /Axis Trust to have project for the required donation. Process:  Amount of first transaction is 100. New Material should be in physical condition only. Receiving will be in Trust account only. Cash pickup location should be in office/any private place only. Home/temple/bank not allowed. Performance time will be between 10am to 11.00am. Trust has to send Request letter, Registration Certificate, 80G, 12AA Certificate and Project Report. DAY ONE at Company Office :  Exchange of KYC and showing of fund proof. Trustee will show all KYC documents in original with 2 set of color copies with Bank Confirmation Letter (BCL) for accepting Donation along with willingness letter. RTGS Company will show KYC documents such as Board resolution for the donation, ROC, Pancard,  hard copy of the bank closing statement of previous day and also will provide authorization letter of the same company with ID proof.  (Both the parties are not allowed to take photo of any documents). Trust party can verify the statement and authorization letter;  MOU Will be signed for total project value with schedule. DAY TWO: Both party meet at 10.00 a.m.at a place within 1 km radius of Trust  party  liquid.   Trust show cash to one RTGS Company Party before 10.00 a.m.. After seeing the cash RTGS Party will start random Q&Q.  After 60% of  Q&Q RTGS Party will give Ledger Transfer/RTGS to the Trust  party's trust account. If RTGS, UTR Number will be given by RTGS Party. On credit confirmation Trust party can do in & out from their trust account for final confirmation. RTGS Party will pick up the Trust cash after the Trust Party's clearance. Media commission will be handed over by cash immediately. While leaving the place Donation Letter and No claim letter will be provided in original to Trust Party. MOU copy will be given on above confirmation.
