Dear All Users of Rice-puller,

This is a very interesting situation and everyone who wants to know the real truth will have to spend sometime to understand this situation.

Please see the below chart of signatories:

1951 K.G. Ambegaonkar(1950 to 1955) 1951 H.M. Patel(1955 to 1958)The RBI was using the the dye of 1951 even during the time of H.M. Patel because between 1951 to 1957 no one rupee notes were printed with a new dye only the signatories were changed.this means any note printed during 1955 to 1956 will be having signature of H.M. Patel, but the dye use was of 1951, this way you will find one rupee notes with signature of H.M. Patel and dye of 1951.

and once again from 1958 to 1962 no one rupee notes were printed with a new dye and only the signatories were changed so in the same manner, 1957 H.M. Patel (1955 to 1958)These were the first set of notes with 1957 dye. 1957 A.K. Roy (1958 to 1960)again the 1957 dye was used 1957 L.K. Jha (1960 to 1964) again till 1962 the 1957 dye was used

Everyone concerned will have to personally check themselves with RBI if 1951 one rupee notes were printed with the signature of H.M. Patel or not...you can get the address of RBI from your local bank or you can try to search online.

This way everyone and anyone who wants to know the real truth will agree to this final solution.

I can say that i have checked with RBI and RBI says yes that the one rupee notes were printed with the signature of H.M. Patel with the year mentioned 1951...

and

other people can say that ...they have checked with RBI and RBI says No, the one rupee notes were not printed with the signature of H.M. Patel with the year mentioned 1951

So once again instead of believing other people or myself ,the people concerned and who are new to this industry will have to personally check themselves with RBI.

And the people who have spent some time in this industry will surely agree with me.
