3 situations of booking amount :

1. Cash transaction 8 Lakhs where W party will have the headache of picking up the material from the place decided by the B party.

2. Company Angadia ID loading 2 lakhs only as company will be confirmed of the loading directly from Angadia. In this case, there is no need of showing even 10% of the cash at Angadia.

3. B party Angadia 6.5 L and same process followed as discussed.

Against this booking amount. B party will get a PDC of work date + 3 days of the same amount given as booking. Cheque will be of same account where booking is paid.

Also company will get willingness letter in 4-5 hours on the same day where W party bank name and account number will be written. You can verify the account at your end too.
