To be frank i am not bothered about the rtgs at all. It is psbl that both parties might have account in the same bank, so it will be a simple account transfer which will be done within 5 min.

However i have grave doubts about the donor co as in the last 5 years, not a single transaction of this nature has taken place. Only by looking at the balance sheet of the donor co, we can come to a conclusion whether the donor co has that much surplus funds and whether it has done this type of transactions before.
