All other natural existing Red aloes Red cactus Red pumpkin are rare species and in the present days no traditional medicine practicing people can use them effectively, because there were formulas to use them in medicine preparations.
Regarding the 1 rupee coin and 5 rupee note, instead spending money on tracking materials, one can go to the Indian Govt Mint Museum where Govt makes coins and notes and verify from these whether such coin and notes were ever released without Govt knowledge no such things can exist.
Please understand antiques are different from such greedy deals
Generally such people who invite others for such deals perform certain magic to make believe the on looker to fleece money. 
The method of operation is like this
1 A middle man from a non existing seller side and middle man from non existing buyer side manage to gather these greedy people and lead them into many rounds of talk and finally go for a token advance which is collected from these greedy pack They vanish after that and loser are the middle man like the people in this forum
2. These people show lots of pages of documents which if verified with legal experts will prove to be a fake. 
3. No one can transact such huge amounts without Govt notice if they are used in legal terms.
4. some times fake buyers from India and abroad come with a suite-case of cash and make believe as if they are going to buy such materials, to make the deal they charge a huge sum as company fees and vanish after that
Beware in the past few years may be  10 years I have seen many people
who  died in heart attacks 
who lost their family and children 
who lost huge amount selling their properties taking huge loans and wander as mad people
who lost their job swindling money to pay to these useless dealers[/color
do not scold and show animosity towards people like me who give honest advice to you greedy people  I  will never get back my brother 
Understand this racket is prevalent only in India and another way of cheating money is prevalent in African countries where folk lore and mythological beliefs are doing the rounds if you use your brain you will understand the 
joke in all these 
believe that humans are special comparing all other beings in the  world and they have the wonderful faculty of using their brain for any transactions
Animals do not have to think because they do not transact anything
