1st of all, headache means you dont have to book cms, its security and Insurance. W party will do everything, you just have to show it. So headache here have different meaning than u took.
Also, I never said W party will take booking in CASH. Booking will be through Bank transfer only. Read 2nd Para last line where I have clearly written . "Cheque will be of same account where booking is paid." I thought i made obvious saying this, but no problems let me write clearly, it will be a bank transfer. We womt take booking in cash even if you want to give. Thats why we dont deal with Penalty or Escrow.
Also, time said 4-5 hours is taken because issuing willimgnesd letter will take bank and RBI into picture. The amount will get blocked and it will be approved by RBI, which takes time. If you have done work, you must be aware of it. Also,Who is saying to start in the afternoon. Do it next day morning 10 am and have all the things by 2-3 pm and confirm wherever you want to.
Regarding hiring a CA or a Lawyer, I am myself a CA and very well know what I am doing. Process is professionally designed and result of lot of experience in this very field.
Please clarify if you have any doubts before throwing a word of caution on public forums.
