However in case of a investment, thr r accounting rules of how much premium can be paid on the face value of the shares.
Lets suppose mr arun’s co has a paid up capital of 1L and has issued 10k shares at a face value of 10/share.
In such a scenario, that co cannot attract a investment of 150cr bcoz at the time of audit, auditor will have to mention it in form aoc4 and it will attract attention of pmla laws.
