1. We dont know to which account u r doing rtgs. In all probability it will be a inter party related account. The ques of simulateneous DD dsnt arise since the banks may not be the same. Thr is a loophole here. The DD will be in custody of a neutral party which may be the bank manager, lawyer or a law enforcement authority.
3. The balance verification process is one sided. Balance has to be checked on both sides. How do u propose to do that since the donor co home branch will not be in thr same city as that of the receiver.
As per principle of natural justice, law has to be applied equally to both the parties concerned. Thr is no mention of any agreement between the parties concerned. In fact it shud be a tripartite agreement since 3 cos are involved in this transaction.
